Let's celebrate the successful completion of our annual internal technical training on June 10th, 2016. The day was so important as it symbolized the culture of continuous improvement of Adekom team before, now and in the future.
The training lessons in 3 months period included both theoretical and practical training. For instance, basic knowledge of working principle for different kinds of compressor and related products and also teamwork spirit training, which aimed to improve skill and knowledge for our new team members who are from aftersales services department, sales department and technical department to meet with the compressor industry expectation.
All the trainees have passed the assessment test by the end of the training and received an official certificates issued by the company. Most prominently, the company senior management has awarded special prizes to the best trainees with their excellent performance during the training.
Thanks for our trainers who are outstanding engineers from our technical department who spent their precious time and effort to train up ADEKOM future elites by tutorial teaching and also by sharing their Valuable Experience.
