On February 18th, 2014, Adekom’s heads of departments gathered for the annualmeeting. Each department presented its 2013 annual report while developed a business strategy and planning for the next year.
On January 17th, 2014, our first annual training session in basic technical knowledge and product series was completed. The training program was specifically designed for new employees of our International Sales Department and R&D Department. All of them successfully passedthe final exam and were issued certificates by the general manager. The top candidates, He Xing (International Sales Department) and Zhu Yongmei (R&D Department) were awarded with a special prize for their efforts.
We strongly believe that this kind of training will enhance the ability and effectiveness at the work place. Education is invaluable hence the management always encourages our staff in their continuing professional development. More training in the area of our product knowledge and business strategies will be offered in the future.
